The New Workout Plan

I'm trying to drag my fat a$$ to the gym to start working out again but it has been terribly difficult as of late. I went to the gym and worked out for less than an hour this past Saturday, my first visit in almost 4 months. The same routine that I used to glide thru with no problem was wasting me this past weekend. I plan on going back for more torture today.....although I also said the same thing yesterday. Isn't Thanksgiving on it's way in less than 2 weeks anyway? I'm just gonna out the weight back on anyway. Forget curing diseases, we need research on creating foods that taste like our favorite fat/colesterol-giving foods that burns excess fat and has no side effects. Then & only then will the world be a better place!!
