I'm trying not to make this blog a KanYe fan-zine-type blog but Mr. West was recently on Saturday Night Live and even though I think the show is a long over-run relic that's not funny anymore I do think that this skit of him parodying [a word?] his well documented tantrums is absolutely hilarious... and classic.

Well, like I've been saying since this "KanYe/Curtis/9-11" release date publicity blitz started jumpin off.. These dudes aren't really mad @ each other [like the media is hyping..]. This is some WWE sh!t. They're working together to get the the buying/downloading public excited about Hip-Hop again... while maximizing their sales potential in these desperate times of record sales.....

So... there was a lil' event @ Madison Square Garden yesterday called Screamfest... And apparently there was a little live-love fest going on onstage between these Hip Hop titans... Must've been fun...

No matter how pompous of a character you think KanYe is, you can't front on his live shows... better than 97.1% of these rappers out today.

New KanYe?

The video is not much to look @ but if you listen closely.... it seems that a new KanYe track from his upcoming Graduation LP is being performed at some concert. Not sure how to feel about it. I think his last album was incredible and I think the new album will sonically be like his last...excited about that. On the other hand I hope this song is not the 1st single because it's an obvious rip from a Daft Punk joint called "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" and sounds a little too "heavy" {code: complicated} for radio...

....But then again most U.S. music lovers don't know who Daft Punk is and I'm sure that regardless it will be a smash....
