Face Off PT. 2: New Workout Plan


Well what can I say... I'm tryna be more pro-active and do less procrastination when it comes to goals that I have for my self. One of my biggest obstacles over the last few years have been my overall weight. I've been going to me local gym off and on while trying to eat healthier with my pseudo-diets. Usually I know that it's time to hit the gym again [for as long as I can stand it anyway] when I go to visit my parents and my pops starts rambling on about eating healthy for an EXTENDED period of time. That's his way of saying "n!99@! yo a$$ iz lookin' Chubby-rock!"

Me and the gym has this on-again of-again commitment issue. Eating out also doesn't help the cause...ya know? So I finally paid the gym a visit for the 1st time in like.. 3 months last night. Ohh..damn.... so... sad.. I was a big lump of sweating mess ...pathetic. Anyway this is definitely on of my issues that I have to tackle so... here goes!
